NOTICE —– 2025 RENTAL RATE INCREASE
Due to significant increases in our expenses, the camp must raise rates to pay our bills and continue to upkeep the camp. We are grateful for your understanding.
RESERVING FOR 2025
You can now make a reservation with deposit for May, July, August and September of 2025.
June reservations can be made after January 2025. The 4H Youth Camp is held at Pine Bluff in June, and January is when the 4H Youth Camp schedules are made. After we know the 4H camp schedule we will open June up to reservations.
General Use Day Rates — Weekday and Weekend
SUNDAY – THURSDAY
Weekday General Use per day $200
9:00am – 10:00pm
Includes Pavilion, kitchen, bathrooms, greenspace for one day

FRIDAY and/or SATURDAY
Weekend Day General Use per day $275
9:00am – 11:00pm
Includes Pavilion, kitchen, bathrooms, greenspace for one day

SUNDAY MORNING ADD-ON to a SATURDAY RENTAL
Add on SUNDAY MORNING until 12:00 Noon $60
“Sunday Morning” rental only available on Sunday and only applies to a rental that includes the preceding Saturday
Example: A wedding party rents the camp for Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning. The fees would be $275 + $275 + $60 = $610 for those two and a half days.

A $125 deposit is required at the time of booking. If a deposit is not received within 15 days of reserving, the reservation will no longer be held.
Any camp use requires an Agreement form.
Non-Profit Day Use Rates

Hiking Rates
Hiking is only allowed when no events are scheduled.
Hiking Day Rate $5 per person

Overnight Rates
ALL OVERNIGHTS MUST fill out a Day Use Rental Agreement and pay Day Use fees in addition to overnight form and fees.
For Example: If you want to arrive on Monday and leave Wednesday and need one cabin for sleeping, you rent the camp for Monday and Tuesday using the General Day Use form and fees ($200 Monday + $200 Tuesday), and add on the Overnight form and fees (Cabin $60 Monday night + $60 Tuesday night) for a total of $520. Check out would be 11:00am on Wednesday morning.
Checkout 11:00am
Cabins: $60 each per night
Bring-Your-Own-Air-Conditioner Electricity Fee: $20 per day per cabin.
—–Use only one unit per cabin
Tents: $15 each per night
—–If all cabins are rented, no extra charge for tents
RV or pop-up camper no electricity: $15 each per night
RV with electricity: $30 each per night (limit of 4)
